Last night, President Barack Obama signed the Middle Class Tax Relief and Jobs Creation Act of 2012 into law, according to the White House. The law includes an extension of the Therapy Cap exceptions process through December 31, 2012. Last week, the Senate approved the measure by a 60-36 vote, within minutes after the House approved it by a 293-132 vote.
