Greenville, SC – Heritage Healthcare is excited to announce a partnership with the Clemson University MBA program. Having worked with Michelin and BMW to provide professional development for their employees, Clemson’s MBA Program was the perfect partner to create a customized training course to address the Heritage Healthcare's needs.

The course is hosted online using a unique platform that allows the managers to interact with one another and with the instructors as if they are in a real-world classroom without the need to travel to one location. The innovative course is a two-part training series specifically for Heritage managers, and designed to improve leadership and coaching skills. Tailored to Heritage’s unique needs, the program involves employee retention; setting and achieving goals; leading and motivating; coaching; strategic thinking; customer focus; financial essentials; and team management.
