HealthPRO Heritage Names Tommy Comer Chief Human Resources Officers
HUNT VALLEY, MD – March 13, 2025 - Tommy Comer has joined HealthPRO Heritage as Chief Human Resources Officer. In his role, Comer will be responsible for leading talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, performance management and overall human resources strategy.
Before joining HealthPRO Heritage, Comer served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Commonwealth Senior Living since 2014, where he oversaw operations for 40 communities and more than 2,000 employees across the Midwest and Eastern United States. He has also held leadership positions at Integral Senior Living and Education Management Corporation.

Comer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University in California.
