HUNT VALLEY, MD – March 6, 2024 – Martha Stuart Williams has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer, HealthPRO Heritage effective March 4, 2024.

Stuart Williams most recently held the role of President at Watershed Health LLC, a technology platform that enabled sharing of real-time information at the point of care. Prior to Watershed, she served as Chief Operating Officer at CareFinders Total Care, a regional home and community-based services provider.

Stuart Williams experience includes senior leadership positions in administration, human resources and strategy at Amedisys, a national home health, hospice and personal care company where she led a series of critical business initiatives and helped establish talent as a competitive differentiator. She was also responsible for the launch and success of company-wide initiatives driving technological transformation, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Stuart Williams received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource and Leadership Development at Louisiana State University, where she also received a Master of Science in Public Administration, a Master of Science in Human Resource and Leadership Development and a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science.

Stuart Williams replaces Jim Rogerson who announced his retirement from the industry effective March 9 after 14 years of serving as COO.
