Milestone Pediatric Therapy Services is now HealthPRO Pediatrics
Since partnering with HealthPRO Pediatrics in 2020, we have grown so much – all to meet the needs of our kiddos + families – including:
- Our therapists increasing their clinical expertise + certifications
- Moving a clinic to Greenwood Village (from Centennial)
- Opening a third location in Lakewood
We are excited to officially change our name to HealthPRO Pediatrics and we look forward to continuing to serve you, your family + our community.

At our Colorado Clinics we offer pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and ABA therapy (applied behavior analysis). Our pediatric services include multidisciplinary autism evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations, dyslexia evaluations, ADHD evaluations, reading evaluations, social skills groups and dyslexia tutoring. We also provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3 and school based related services.

Our OT Julie is wonderful. Our daughter has been going to Milestone for a few months now for Food Therapy and not only has Julie been able to encourage our daughter to try new foods and look at food differently, but she looks at her beyond her feeding. She works with her on how her body feels, what her body needs and ways to regulate her emotions. They sometimes run around in the gym, or do some swinging, whatever it is she needs at that moment. We have also been given many tools to utilize at home, which has been extremely helpful. It has been a very positive and supportive experience for our daughter, and she looks forward to her session every week! I would highly recommend this group.

Our four year old son has been in speech therapy with Maggie for 6+ months and has recently started occupational therapy with Sam. We’ve been impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and expertise of both, and my son loves coming to play/learn with them. We’ve seen definite improvement and look forward to continued growth as he (and we) gain new insights and ways of helping him. As a side note, Sarah, the receptionist is fabulous and super helpful! I’d highly recommend milestone to other parents!
