New VP of Talent Acquisition

We are excited to welcome Jim McMillin as our new Vice President of Talent Acquisition! 

Jim is a dynamic executive with 20+ years of experience building and leading high-performing talent, HR, and onboarding teams that scale with speed and precision. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 35,000 successful hires across healthcare, corporate, and executive functions—transforming underperforming operations into cohesive, data-driven engines that drive measurable business outcomes.

With leadership experience at organizations including Matrix Medical Network, Optum, Envision Healthcare, and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Jim has built powerhouse teams of 100+ recruiters and professionals, led global operations across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Germany, and the Philippines, and delivered results in reduced time-to-fill, improved onboarding efficiency, and stronger retention. 

An MBA graduate from Marquette University, Jim lives in Lititz, PA with his wife, Michelle, and their four boys. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and staying actively involved in high school sports.
