Our program is designed to provide therapy students with meaningful, hands-on experience in post-acute care settings. We offer a structured learning environment where students can learn alongside experienced clinicians and engage with leaders across our organization.
Placement Request Timeline
At this time, we are able to accept placement requests no earlier than 10 months prior to the requested start date. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe cannot be processed.
Eligible Practice Settings
We currently accept placement requests for the following practice areas:
- Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Senior Living (Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities)
- PACE Programs
- Home Health
- Pediatrics (Outpatient Clinics and School-Based Settings)
Placement Request Process
Please complete one Student Placement Request Form per student. This allows us to review and process each request accurately and efficiently.
