Times are trying to say the least and I know that everyone is still working very hard to ensure that our residents receive the services that the need, but you all are going above and beyond to help in assisting with activities and keeping our residents happy!

I appreciate the creative ideas, there have been some great ones. Please keep up the great work. We are all in this together!

I just wanted to share with you how pleased I am with the rehab staff during this time of uncertainty. Melissa and staff have been very helpful in assisting my staff with meals, and entertainment. She went and found activity items to set up a carnival in the gym today (with appropriate social distancing of course) and also had residents participate in a dance challenge from the local dance school. (Video is on our fb page) I truly appreciate all they have done!!

I just want to reach out to let you know how grateful we are for all the hard work you all are doing in an effort to maximize our knowledge; to promote our safety. I realize it is such a stressful situation for all of us, but you are fully carrying the burden, to get as much info together and accessible for us.

I have worked for many agencies in the last 30 years and have never felt so supported. (Yes, I am aware that our current state is unprecedented.) HealthPRO and Catholic Charities bring forth information on A DAILY BASIS. This is clearly a result of constant monitoring of updates of the CDC and Public Health and could not be done without a combined effort of your task force and the infection control agents of CC.

My team has expressed a high level of confidence with managing their professional conduct as well as home life. We are often two weeks ahead of area facilities and the general public in regard to the use of practice strategies and risk-reduction guidelines.
